2 (10 1/2 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
3 tablespoons onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups water
How To Prepare :
1. Brown ground beef in very large skillet or pot ; drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 1/2 hours. Stir frequently, as it will tend to stick.
3. Serve over hot dogs.
